Orlando, Fla. (April 26, 2016) – Earthrise Space Foundation, Inc. (ESF) today announced Lunar Land as their newest Bronze Level Sponsor. Through a generous contribution, estimated at $5,000, the foundation will be able to further our goals of supporting the education of our students and that of our Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) community.
“We are very happy to have Lunar Land as one of our sponsors as both organizations have a common ground in our purview, the Moon.” – President & COO Ruben Nunez
LunarLand.com is the world's most recognized celestial real estate agency. For the past few decades, Lunar Land has been the leader in the sale of documented acres of land on the moon and extraterrestrial property within the confines of our solar system. All acres of land sold, along with proprietor information, are stored at the International Association of Human Planetary Exploration (IAOHPE).
“There's so much to learn about our solar system and we are proud to be part of this quest for information, research, and hopefully the colonization on a celestial body" – The Lunar Land Team
ESF is committed to research & development of spacecraft and spacecraft systems here in Central Florida. ESF is the host of Team Omega Envoy, the team competing for the Google Lunar XPRIZE. Their objective is to win the $30 million dollar competition for a private entity to land on the moon.
ESF is focused on furthering STEM education within our community through internships with local students. These students get hands on experiential opportunities by contributing to projects on site and are able to apply their experiences to their class work or pursuing jobs after graduation.
