SHIFA360 was born out of the need to close the gap in socioeconomic equity for the refugee, immigrant, and underserved communities of San Diego. The need for reskilling and upskilling was amplified during the COVID-19 pandemic. SHIFA360 training programs bring unique perspective to understanding these elements in teaching based on our knowledge of community and the data we have been collecting for over 20 years.
