LRC 2013 - Team names

#Trained4Space is a program launched by Team Indus to draw on the energy and some pretty interesting concepts / ideas out there. The first event under this program is the "Students Lunar Rover challenge" which over the past 4 weeks become a countrywide hunt for creators & ideators @Engineering colleges.

The presentation round kicked off @IITM on 28-29th Sep, with the next stop in Bombay @VJTI on 5th Oct and the last stop @IITD on 12th Oct 2013.

For an open registration process - we didnt ask teams to deposit any money up-front, we thought we got a great response at the venue.

57 teams from 37 different colleges presented their plans, ideas & strategies over 2 days - we had 3 all-girl teams present their strategies and 9 others had at least one girl member, which speaks to the inclusive spirit we have been encouraging all along.

The results for the IITM presentation round are expected to be annoucned on 3rd Oct and we will also get you a summary on types of concepts presented shortly thereafter, remember there are 40+ teams yet to present their plans & strategies.
