Welcome to this week’s Lunar Roundup! A power rankings-style look at who & what’s been “Awesome!” over the last seven days of the Google Lunar X PRIZE.

Omega Envoy and Angelicum formed a historic joint mission; SpaceIL announced their budget and funding so far; Omega Envoy scored again with another partnership; Popular Mechanics revealed its picks for who is winning; and ARCA unveiled a new look and strategy.

1) United!

Omega Envoy and Angelicum announced that they have joined forces!

Omega Envoy will carry Angelicum’s Dandelion rover to the Moon in late 2014:

This marks the first time that a team has signed on another as a customer!

2) Progress!

SpaceIL posted an informative update, including funding numbers: $16.5 million of their $30 million budget raised so far:

Omega Envoy also racked up another partnership, this time with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions:

5) Going Global!

ARCA unveiled a new strategy (and new branding to go along with it):

“Until now ARCA's strategy was mainly focused to respond to national environment requirements. The new ARCA's strategy is now adapted to global environment.”

"The new logo and 'ENGINEERING THE FUTURE' motto, expresses a more dynamic team involved not only in the development of space vehicles, but also to the long term strategies on exploration and colonization of space."
