Buzz Aldrin Innovation Institute Adds Space Micro to Team

SAN DIEGO, CA – May 19, 2014 - Space Micro announced today that they have joined the Buzz Aldrin Innovation Institute (BAii) headquartered in San Diego, CA. Founded by Maria Catalina from the Astronaut Teacher Alliance, the BAii fosters innovation in a variety of skill building fields. At the BAii students from middle school through high school are inspired to increase their competencies by working with experts in the field of their interests.
Space Micro's CEO David J. Strobel, expressing his pleasure with this new membership, commented, "Space Micro is at the forefront of advanced space technology. This Institute provides a vehicle to potentially demonstrate our space innovations with student CubeSat projects."
