Astrobotic visits local elementary school to talk about Space
Over the past few weeks, a nearby Elementary School's kindergarten class has been stretching their young brains around outer space. They have been expanding their minds beyond Buzz Lightyear, and focusing on scientific facts about planets, stars, and the solar system. This past week, Astrobotic happily served a visit to the kindergarten class at Hopewell Elementary School to educate them further on their space studies, and talk about the company as well as the robots. To Astrobotic's surprise, these 6-year-old children had full knowledge of Neil Armstrong, gravity, and even dwarf planets. Needless to say when asked what they wanted to be when they grow up, not one of them hesitated to immediately answer- "Astronaut".
