Experience a week in the life of moon robots, young engineers, and even the Moon Dude himself.

This week, in the Google Lunar XPRIZE…

Puli's robot tackling the slopes of Mauna Kea.

Epic robots, destined for the Moon! Six-legged spiders; Hawaiian adventures; crazy young engineers; and more---from all around the competition (and the world)...:

Sand Dunes, for the Moon

Team Puli  completed an important test run---on the slopes of Mauna Kea, in Hawaii:

Taking on soil that's very similar to the powder of the Moon, the rover conquered 1,900 feet of ground---as it'll have to do to  on the Moon to win the Google Lunar XPRIZE!

Spider Bot

Meanwhile, Team Italia  took their spider  (yes, their spider) out for a walk---hitting the pavement to stretch the six legs of their insectoid Moon robot:

Engineering, Comedy, More Engineering

While Penn State Lunar Lion  stopped in with their lively crew to feature a life in the week of their (fun) Moon team:

Student Designs in Space

Team Indus , meanwhile, showcased some epic student-built moon robots---which are all duking it out for a place on Indus' Moon mission!:

Which do you like the best?

Building the Dream

Synergy Moon  featured some construction on their rover, as they built the dream:

The Dude!

And, last but not least, our own Moon Dood made an appearance:

(He wants us to go back to the Moon---for good!)

What would you want to see the Moon Dood take on?
